Are you able to supply big volume and what is the lead time?
Yes we are able to supply big volume order as our daily capacity is 1 x Fully Loaded 40FT container, lead time will depends on the products.
Do you provide small order as well?
Yes we can provide small order and you can visit our shop in LAZADA and SHOPEE for small order.
Can I customize my candles?
Yes you are able to customize/design your own candles. We have designers to provide service on candles design, fragrances and even packaging designs with a certain MOQ.
Are your candles safe and eco-friendly?
Most of our products are made up from palm wax which is derived from palm fruits. This resource is renewable and eco-friendly. Palm wax also helps to minimize smoke release. Our wicks are 100% cotton leadless wick, which produce no harm to human body.
What is the procedure to order candles from your website?
